The team at Luzida Caravans were fabulous to deal with and making our caravan process so easy! Also sending updates and allowing us to visit during the build to check out how it was all coming along! We are extremely happy with our Luzida 21.6 family van. The care and expertise we received from Dan and the team was second to none. All our wants and needs were easily catered for and nothing was to much to ask for. The finish and the attention to detail in the build of the van is amazing. We would definatly buy a Luzida again.

We have a 19’6 Sapphire family van and absolutely love it. The team was excellent to deal with, giving us the freedom to design the van of our dreams and accommodating our custom requests. In late 2024 we took delivery of a wonderful new custom design Luzida 17’ off road caravan. We have given it a couple of really good work outs and it has performed wonderfully. The solar and batteries kept everything running and the van is very comfortable. Our dealings with Dan and Meren were excellent. The attention to detail and construction quality was excellent and we were kept up to date all along the way. We were invited to view the van at different stages in the construction. We had a couple of minor faults and they were quickly and totally addressed. Can’t recommend Luzida highly enough.

Over the years we have had a few caravans both secondhand and new, we could not find exactly what we wanted so we thought we would go a custom build. We spoke to a lot of caravan builders who could not build to our needs until we spoke to Dan at Luzida Caravans. We wanted an off-road, off-grid 17.6 foot dual axle van. Our ideas and design was not a problem for Dan and his team. We were able to visit the factory and watch the team work on bring our dream together. Any stage throughout the build Dan did not hesitate to phone us on the progress. We have now travelled over 28000kms in the last 12 months with our Luzida caravan around this beautiful country with not one issue, very happy. We are now looking at building another van with Luzida, this time a little longer with recliners, a 20.6 foot, again not a problem for Dan and the team. Thanks for your care, service and a great van, well done guys.
